The proximity sensor has the characteristics of long service life, reliable operation, high precision, no mechanical wear, no spark, no noise, strong anti vibration ability and so on. In automatic control system, it can be used as limit, counting, position control and automatic protection. Is widely used in machine tools, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile and printing industry.
Before we talk about the application of proximity sensors, let's look at some of the main features of the system:
1, inspection distance
Testing equipment, elevator lifting stop, start, through the detection position; the location of the vehicle, to prevent the two object collision detection; set position detection machine, limit position of mobile machine or parts; measure the rotary stop position, the valve open or closed position; detecting cylinder or hydraulic cylinder piston position.
